The first day when I arrived in Calpe, I was very nervous. I was very scared because I didn’t know what to expect. I didn’t know anything about Tantra at all.

After the first day, I realized that the environment was very, very safe, and a beautiful, beautiful space.

Hello everyone, my name is Valeria, I’m from Chile and I would like to share a bit my experience in the past exploring Tantra workshop with Mónica and Peter in Spain.

This was a very interesting experience I had with them and with the beautiful souls which attend. It was an interesting exploration of sensuality, boundaries, exploring with our bodies.

We had beautiful activities and also very deep ones where I saw my vulnerability, where I had to confront also boundaries. Such things are really important in Tantra. My journey was already started last year, but this experience definitely marks a beginning of new explorations in Tantra.

So, I’m very, very grateful of Peter and Mónica, especially Mónica with her full-hearted presence. It’s so beautiful. And also Peter, he’s so grounded, so alive energy that brings me to go deep in my explorations and he gives me this energy to really trust and presence.

Hello, my name is Andreas.
I grew up in Germany and live now in France, and I want to share with you my experience from the workshop with Peter and Monika from the Connective Tantra School.

I really liked this workshop because it was all connected to the heart.

We started by connecting to our heart — to feel better what our feelings are, what our needs are, and also our boundaries. This helped us be more aligned with our inner truth and more close to what we need, what we feel, and what we want in our life. This enabled us to open up, to get more real and authentic about what we need and what we want, and to connect with the others in the group in a positive and true way.

I really liked this workshop because Peter and Monika mix a western scientific modern approach together with ancient tantric tradition, and I really felt that I knew what I was going to do in each exercise.

It was really well explained, there was a secure frame, and I felt safe. This helped me open up, to really trust the process, and to go with them.

I am really looking forward to seeing Peter and Monika again soon for the next workshop because it was truly nourishing for me, and I want to continue my tantric path together with them.

It was a fantastic experience.
During the whole week,
I was able to see who I truly am

There I learned

The workshop was perfectly organized,
the meals were delicious,
I had a spacious room,

I just want to share my current state of being.

Since I returned to the island and had a really good night’s sleep in my own bed, something shifted. I woke up on the morning of June 4th feeling a deep sense of joy, inner peace, and calm. I’ve been profoundly connected to my body and my heart ever since.

I feel love. I feel peace.
Even when I try to think something negative — and believe me, I do have challenges in the outside world — it doesn’t affect me. I remain in this peaceful state.

It’s incredible.
When I walk, I feel like an observer — fully present, completely in the here and now. It’s like magic.

And by the way, I’ve stopped drinking coffee — thank you, Peter, for that inspiration. I don’t miss it at all. I want to preserve this beautiful state of mind, this state of being. It feels like bliss.

I honestly hope this feeling stays with me for a long time. And I trust it will. There’s no doubt, no anxiety — and all of this without any substances.

Hello, I’m Jeroen, and I’m from Belgium.
I participated in the Tantra course with Peter and Monica, and I’d like to share a bit about my experience.

As someone who tends to live mostly in my head — very rational — I wanted to explore more balance and reconnect with my heart. At first, the experience was definitely outside my comfort zone. But thanks to the safe and supportive environment created by Peter, Monica, and the group, I felt secure from the beginning.

The course started with a clear theoretical explanation, including how to set personal boundaries, which helped me feel even more at ease. That foundation allowed me to really be myself and to explore authentic contact — both with others and with myself.

Over time, I found myself becoming more in touch with my heart and creating true, honest connections. From that deeper place, it became possible to build more meaningful relationships with others as well.

I’d truly encourage any men who may be hesitant to take part in this course. It’s a powerful way to find more balance within yourself and to build genuine self-confidence.

If we take a look at the meaning of the word Tantra, which is a Sanscriet word, (Sanscriet is an old language that does not exist anymore) then tantra means literally that what is woven or in other words that what is connected.

In tantra we work with connection: we ask ourselves the question: how can I connect in a better, healthier way with myself and from there, how can I connect in a healthy way with somebody else.
For tantricas a good or healthy connection starts in the first place in their own hearts, that’s why we call Tantra, the path of the heart.

And by far the most important quality of the heart is to love, so tantra is the path of love.

In tantra, we are learning through experience, not so much by theory or knowledge. In tantra we experience mostly through exercises with our body, sometimes with our mind.
In the experience we are working a lot with pleasure, so in tantra learning by experience is a lot of fun, we are not learning by suffering.
In tantra we mostly don’t give the answers, we are showing you the path to find the answers yourself, by experience.

We provide for our participants a warm, safe heaven were they can explore, grow, transform and enjoy, in their own rhythm. Everybody is always fully accepted just the way he or she is.
In our workshops and sessions all exercises are optional, nothing is mandatory.
All our facilitators are experienced, certified tantra teachers who work from their heart without any judgement.

As an important part of life, healthy sexuality is a topic that is covered in our tantra sessions and workshops. According to the Tantra philosophy all contact between human beings should start and be anchored in the heart and this also counts for sexual contact. If a sexual encounter between human beings is anchored in the heart, we call this encounter a sacred sexual encounter. So in Tantra we try to lift sexuality to a higher dimension by including our hearts. Other aspects related to sexuality like desires, boundaries and radical honesty are also topics that are covered in our workshops and sessions.

The Connective Tantra School also organizes trainings for people who have the ambition to become a Tantra facilitator or a Tantra massage practitioner. Those trainings exist of a series of workshops followed by an internship, supervision and a cap stone project.
